This July marks the 20th Anniversary of Pine Forest Karate in beautiful Northampton, Massachusetts. In honor of the event, Sensei Gobillot and the Northampton dojo invite you to a celebratory workout. On Sunday July 29th there will be a short hike to Chapel Falls, where Hanshi Scaglione will guide an outdoor workout.
